<p>Ed Clarke works with early-stage companies to raise capital, develop business plans, negotiate contracts, and recruit management teams, sometimes also serving as Vice President of Administration/Chief Financial Officer for such companies. Client markets have included medical devices, alternative energy, SAAS applications, industrial controls, data acquisition/telemetry, automotive engine design, and RFID. Business plans that he personally wrote have earned prizes totaling $500k and he has served as a judge in business plan competitions. Earlier in his career, Ed served as CFO/VP Admin for three privately-held, high-tech companies. Ed earned his MBA at the University of Chicago after becoming a CPA and after earning engineering degrees from Harvard and Stanford. Ed has served as a mentor for six years in Professor Brophy’s course on entrepreneurship at University of Michigan’s Ross Business School.</p>

Luke Donahue is a Senior Consulting Manager at J.D. Power, a leading Data and Analytics company in the automotive retail industry. He currently specializes in data-driven analytics solutions and price and portfolio consulting used by his OEM clients to maximize their profitability.
Luke brings a unique understanding of the automotive industry to J.D. Power from his past experiences working for Stellantis (previously FCA) in retail sales operations in New York and for Tier 1 suppliers such as American Axle and Eaton on the product launches of light duty pickup trucks.
A Michigan local, Luke earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Michigan.
